Factual corrections — match times, scores, BC Place gate access, transport routes, venue hours. These are the highest priority.
Venue listing updates — if you're a pub or restaurant owner and your hours, address, or details are wrong, email us and we'll fix it within 48 hours.
Fan questions — transport from the airport, neighbourhood recommendations, where to watch if you don't have a ticket, what to pack for BC Place. We'll do our best to answer.

Response times, corrections, and what to send

Use the contact form on this page for all messages — we do not publish a raw inbox address here to cut spam. That keeps fan questions, corrections, and partnership notes in one tracked queue.

Response SLA (local desk)

Corrections (fares, hours, dead links, safety): we aim to acknowledge within 1–2 business days and patch fast when the fix is clear.
Fan / itinerary questions: typical reply window 2–5 business days. We prioritize concrete questions (neighbourhood base, transit path, day-trip feasibility) over open-ended “plan my whole trip” asks.
Press / partnerships: aim for 3–5 business days; use the templates on /press/ so we can route correctly.
Weekends and major event weeks (fireworks, cruise peaks, storms) may stretch these windows.

Corrections — include this checklist

Exact page URL (copy from the browser).
What is wrong vs what you observed (date/time helps).
Link to an official source if you have one (TransLink, venue, BC Ferries, City of Vancouver).
Optional: photo of a posted sign — text description is enough if not.

Partnership vs fan questions

Fan questions: trip logistics, neighbourhood advice, whether a day trip fits your clock. We may reply with links to existing guides rather than a custom itinerary.
Partnerships / hotels / tours: who you are, what you offer visitors, whether compensation or affiliate terms exist, and why it helps readers. Unsolicited mass pitches without local relevance get closed.

We read mobile screenshots; still paste the URL as text.
Affiliate pitches without visitor utility get declined.
If you reported a safety issue in a park or on transit, also tell the official agency — we are editorial, not emergency dispatch.

We're here for questions about visiting Vancouver: getting around the city, which neighbourhoods suit your plans, day trips worth the drive, and where to eat once you're here. If you've scoured the guides and still have a specific query, don't hesitate to reach out.

How quickly can I expect a response? +

Typically, you can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind that during big events at BC Place or the PNE, when the city fills up, our response times might be a little slower as we are often out experiencing the event ourselves and ensuring our information is as current as possible.

What details should I include if I'm reporting an error? +

To help us fix things quickly and efficiently, please include the full URL of the page with the error, a clear description of what you believe is incorrect, and, if possible, a link to an official source that confirms the correct information (such as TransLink.ca, the venue's own website or the organiser's listing).
