It refreshes several times a day from live Open-Meteo data at each mountain's summit elevation — base depth, incoming snowfall and temperature.
When do Vancouver's ski mountains open?
Whistler Blackcomb and Grouse usually open in late November, Cypress in early December and Mount Seymour before Christmas, snow permitting. Exact dates are set by each resort.
Can I ski near Vancouver without a car?
Yes — Grouse, Cypress and Seymour all run winter shuttles from downtown or a SkyTrain station, and buses reach the North Shore. See our getting-around guide.
