Vancouver Deals This Week 2026

Live flyer prices from grocery, pharmacy and retail banners in Metro Vancouver — updated twice a day.

Deals pulled from current public store flyers for Vancouver (postal V6B) — refreshed Sunday 04 October 2026, 15:51 UTC. Click a card to search that product on the retailer's own site. Online price can differ from the in-store flyer; the flyer is the final word at the till.

Every card is a current Flipp flyer SKU for postal V6B1A1. The −40% tab only includes items where Flipp sent an original price — nothing is invented to fill it. Refresh reloads this snapshot; Flipp is pulled twice a day by cron, not on every click.

No flyer items in this view — Flipp did not send a was-price of 40% or more in this snapshot.

This is the live flyer board for Metro Vancouver — grocery, pharmacy, electronics, pets and home banners. Every card is a real SKU from a flyer running right now for downtown postal code V6B: the retailer photo, the price, the store, and the date it ends. The green badge is Live flyer price. The arrow on the card opens the original Flipp clip of that flyer page. Nothing is invented and nothing is held over from last week. Struck-through “was” prices and −% badges appear only when Flipp sent an original price. The −40% tab only lists those. Unit text (/lb) appears only when the flyer sent it. Comparison lines appear only when the same cleaned title has two live flyer prices this week. Click the card or Shop at … to open that product on the store's own website. We do not currently earn a commission on grocery click-outs — there is no Rakuten/CJ program wired for these banners.

It is not a Groupon. Restaurant daily-deals have no public feed we can republish with honest photos and end dates. For streets and souvenirs use the shopping guide; this portal is the till price on flyers.

How locals stack savings: match the flyer price with the store's own points program (PC Optimum at No Frills/Superstore/Shoppers, Scene+ at Safeway, More Rewards at Save-On-Foods, Triangle at Canadian Tire), buy produce at discount banners (No Frills, FreshCo), and treat unit price — not shelf price — as the number that matters.

How to shop these flyers

Restaurant prices in Vancouver are high. A fridge and a kettle in the hotel or Airbnb cut the food budget roughly in three, which is why this hub exists next to the shopping streets guide and the souvenirs page — those are for things you fly home with; this one is for the week you are here.

  • No Frills / FreshCo — cheapest produce and pantry if you are near a location (East Van, Burnaby, Surrey). No membership.
  • T&T — Chinatown, Metrotown, Richmond; the city's best price on greens, noodles, tofu and whole fish. Downtown visitors: the Chinatown store is a SkyTrain ride, not a trek.
  • Save-On-Foods / Safeway — neighbourhood stores walking distance from most West Side and North Shore stays. More Rewards / Scene+ at the till if you already have the card; don't open a new one for a four-day trip.
  • Costco — only worth it with a membership you already own and a car (or a very large Uber). Downtown Costco on Terminal is the closest to the core. Unit prices win on water, snacks, and breakfast for a group.
  • Shoppers / London Drugs / Rexall — late hours, downtown density. PC Optimum 20× events at Shoppers regularly beat grocery pricing on toothpaste and detergent; London Drugs is the BC default for pharmacy + a bag of milk at 21:00.
  • Canadian Tire / Best Buy / Staples / Home Depot — not groceries. Flyers for camping kit, a TV, an adapter, or a broken-Airbnb fix. These stores sit outside a downtown hotel walk; pair with a SkyTrain trip you were already taking.
  • IKEA — Richmond or Coquitlam, a planned day, not a detour. Flyer is home goods. PetSmart only if the animal came with you.

Flyers flip Thursday. Wednesday night is when leftover stock of the old cycle gets marked down in-store — useful if you are here mid-week and flexible. Confirm the price in the retailer's own app before you cross town for one item; regional flyers are not a store-level guarantee.

Good to know

  • Click a card to open the retailer's own search for that product. The flyer price is in-store this week and may differ online.
  • Flyers in BC flip on Thursdays; the best clearance happens Wednesday evening on the old cycle.
  • Most chains honour the flyer price even if the shelf tag was not updated — show the flyer in the app at the till.
  • Visiting Vancouver? Groceries beat restaurant pricing roughly 3:1 — see our cheap breakfast guide and Vancouver guide for the rest of the trip.

Questions Vancouver shoppers ask

When do flyers change in Vancouver?+

Most BC supermarket chains start a new weekly flyer on Thursday and run it through Wednesday, so Wednesday evening is when the outgoing week's stock gets cleared. Warehouse, drugstore and hardgoods banners (Costco, London Drugs, Canadian Tire, Best Buy) run their own cycles, which is why each deal on this page carries its own end date.

How often is this page updated?+

Twice a day from Flipp (backflipp.wishabi.com) for postal V6B. The green badge is a live flyer SKU. Refresh prices reloads this snapshot — it does not hit Flipp on every click. A machine-readable copy sits at /deals/live.json.

Is this a Groupon for Vancouver restaurants?+

No. Restaurant coupons and daily-deal sites do not publish a reliable public feed we can legally republish with real photos and end dates. This portal is flyer prices from grocery, pharmacy, electronics and home banners. For where to eat, use the dining guides on FanVancouver, not this page.

Are these prices guaranteed at my store?+

No. Flyer pricing in Metro Vancouver can differ between locations of the same chain, and stock runs out. Treat this page as a shortlist of what to look for, and the store's own flyer or app as the final word at the till.

Which Vancouver supermarket is actually cheapest?+

There is no single winner, which is why comparing flyers pays. Discount banners (No Frills, FreshCo) usually lead on produce and pantry staples; T&T is normally the cheapest place in the city for Asian produce, noodles and whole fish; Costco wins on unit price in bulk if you have a membership and the storage space.

How do points programmes stack with flyer prices?+

They stack, and that is where the real saving is. PC Optimum (No Frills, Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart), Scene+ (Safeway, FreshCo) and More Rewards (Save-On-Foods) all apply on top of the flyer price, and each runs personalised offers in its app — loading those before you shop is worth more than driving across town for a single sale item.

Is this useful if I'm visiting Vancouver?+

Yes — groceries are roughly a third of restaurant pricing here, and most downtown hotels and rentals have at least a kettle and a fridge. A supermarket breakfast plus our cheap breakfast guide keeps the food budget under control on a longer stay. For clothes, outlets and things that go in the suitcase, use the shopping guide and gifts page instead. Electronics and IKEA are day trips, not hotel walks.

Do I need a Costco membership as a visitor?+

Only if you already have one (including a US Gold Star — Costco Canada honours it). Buying a new membership for a short trip rarely pays unless you are feeding a group and have a car. Downtown Costco is on Terminal Avenue, a short ride from Stadium–Chinatown Station.

Which store is closest to downtown hotels?+

Save-On-Foods and Safeway have the densest neighbourhood coverage. For a single cheap shop from a central hotel, No Frills on East Hastings or the Chinatown T&T are the usual SkyTrain-and-walk options. London Drugs and Rexall on Granville or Robson cover pharmacy hours after grocery stores close.

Can I buy from the card?+

Click the card or Shop at … to open that product on the retailer's own site. The flyer price is in-store this week and can differ online. We do not currently earn a commission on these grocery click-outs.

After the flyer, the card that actually pays 4% is grocery MCC, not the pump. BCAA 3¢ and Scotia 4% grocery is the published stack.
