Scott Road (Expo Line, Surrey) if you are coming from the south-east; Bridgeport (Canada Line, Richmond) if you are coming from Richmond or the airport side. Both are $3 a day on TransLink's 2026 list. Carvolth and South Surrey are $2 but they are bus exchanges, not SkyTrain.
TransLink lots take PayByPhone (Scott Road location number 604100) and, at Scott Road, Carvolth and South Surrey, a meter with card or exact coin. $0.35 convenience fee on PayByPhone at Carvolth, Scott Road and South Surrey. Bridgeport is not on that PayByPhone table — pay as posted on site.
BC Hydro chargers are at Coquitlam Central, Port Coquitlam Station and South Surrey. Level 2 parking fees follow the lot; Level 3 includes up to one hour of free parking, then BC Hydro idle fees apply after a full charge.
