If staying in Burnaby or East Van, this is your low-traffic window — SkyTrain is comfortable, not yet crowded with match traffic.

Hit the food truck cluster on Pacific Blvd near the stadium, or a Yaletown/Gastown spot, before the pre-match rush starts around 10:30. Prices are the same; the wait is a fraction of what it becomes an hour later.

BC Place gates typically open 2 hours before kickoff. This is the quietest entry window of the day — security lines are short and you can explore the concourse before it fills up.
